How to Use the Crystal Request Form (Pick Your Price)

 

Hey There!! I’m here to walk you through the Crystal Request Form.

 

Step 1: Click the Link

 

At the top of this webpage, you’ll see a button that says “ Submit Your Crystal Information Form”. Click on that button, and it will take you to the form.

 

Step 2: Filling Out the Form

 

Once the form opens, you’ll be asked a few simple questions:

• Why are you interested in a crystal?

• What goals or intentions do you have for the crystal (for example, peace, healing, or protection)?

• How do you feel this exchange will benefit both of us?

 

This is where Pick Your Price comes in! You’ll also see a section where you can make an offer for the price you’re comfortable paying for the crystal.

 

Simply click into each box and type your answers. If you’re unsure, just do your best. There are no wrong answers!

 

Step 3: Submitting the Form

 

When you’ve answered all the questions, look for a button at the bottom that says “Submit”. Click it, and your request will be sent to me for review.

 

Step 4: What Happens Next

 

After I review your form and verify everything is in order, I’ll carefully select a crystal based on your needs and preferences.

 

Once I’ve chosen the perfect crystal, I’ll send you a secure link to complete your payment. After payment is received, I will begin the shipping process and send you an email with tracking information.
